WHO WE WORK WITH

For businesses with real complexity.
And decisions that matter.

We work with established operators and principals who need a clear direction and capable execution across functions, teams or markets.

ENGAGEMENT CONTEXTS

Different organizations. Familiar execution pressures.

01

Founder-Led Businesses

A growing operation may still depend too heavily on the founder for decisions, follow-up and cross-team coordination.

02

Established Companies

A functioning business may need stronger systems, better cost control or a specific strategic initiative brought into operation.

03

Franchise & Multi-Location Groups

Standardization, local execution, staffing practices and customer experiences can become uneven as locations grow.

04

Principals & Portfolio Operators

Individuals overseeing multiple commercial interests need practical clarity, specialist judgment and coordinated workstreams.

05

Cross-Border Operations

International sourcing, logistics, market requirements and teams in different regions can create complicated dependencies.

06

Specialist-Led Businesses

In some industries revenue is not a useful proxy for complexity. Readiness and the significance of the mandate matter more.

ASSESSING FIT

Revenue is a signal.
Not the decision.

Roughly $100,000 in monthly revenue can indicate an established operating context. It is not a mechanical cutoff and is not equally informative across business models.

✓

A consequential problem

There is a challenge worth the cost and attention of solving.

✓

Decision authority

The people needed to make decisions can participate.

✓

Implementation capacity

There is a realistic path to funding, staffing and adopting the work.

✓

Openness to evidence

Assumptions can be tested and progress reviewed honestly.

WHY FIT IS CONTEXTUAL

A revenue number cannot explain operating complexity.

Two companies with identical monthly revenue can face very different challenges. A highly regulated specialist firm may have substantial compliance and delivery obligations at relatively modest volume. A straightforward retail operation may scale revenue with a simpler decision structure. The significance of an engagement depends on what is at stake and whether there is a practical path to act.

FOUNDER-LED OPERATION

When every important decision returns to one person.

The need may be clearer delegation, a stronger management rhythm or systems that allow the team to operate without constant escalation. Another marketing campaign may not address the constraint.

MULTI-LOCATION BUSINESS

When consistency becomes harder than expansion.

Standards, staffing, customer experience and purchasing can drift between locations. The relevant work may connect process design, training, technology and reporting.

SPECIALIST OR CROSS-BORDER ACTIVITY

When technical or geographic obligations shape the decision.

Licenses, supplier qualification, quality, security or international trade requirements can make a focused mandate consequential even when revenue is not the most informative indicator.

WHEN NOT TO COMMISSION A LARGE ENGAGEMENT

Good fit includes the ability to say, not yet.

An organization may need to establish basic financial visibility, appoint a decision-maker or resolve an internal disagreement before outside implementation is useful. Some challenges are better addressed by an existing team, a narrowly scoped specialist or a short diagnostic. Complex work should not be proposed simply because a broad range of services is available.

We consider the seriousness of the problem, decision access, resources, timing, risk and the capacity to adopt the resulting changes. A suitable first step should be proportionate to the opportunity and the evidence available.

THE NEXT CONVERSATION

If the situation warrants a serious conversation, let us hear it.

Tell us what is changing, where the friction sits, and what a useful outcome might look like. We will help determine whether there is a sensible next step.
