Privacy Information
Avermont Partners respects the privacy of people who contact us. This notice describes the information provided through this website and how the inquiry process is designed to operate. It does not cover information collected under a separate client engagement agreement.
Who to contact
For questions about website information or a privacy request, contact Avermont Partners at info@avermontpartners.com.
Information you provide
If you use the engagement inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, optional organization, selected area of focus, description of the business situation and any optional timing information. If you email us directly, we receive the contents and addressing information of that correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal records, financial account details or confidential files through the initial inquiry form.
Purpose of processing
We use correspondence to understand an inquiry, consider whether our services are relevant, respond, and manage related business communications. We may also handle information where reasonably necessary to protect the website, respond to abuse or meet applicable legal obligations. Submission does not create a client engagement.
Form delivery and service providers
Form fields are sent over HTTPS to a Google Apps Script endpoint configured for Avermont Partners. The script validates the submission and attempts to forward it to an inquiry mailbox through Google Workspace. The details may be retained in mailbox correspondence and associated provider records. Our website host and Google services may process technical information needed to transmit, operate and secure their services.
Browser tools and external links
On-page search and readiness tools operate in the browser. The site does not currently include a first-party advertising or audience-analytics script. Hosting infrastructure and external websites may use their own technical identifiers or logs. Links to external sources are governed by those sites' own practices.
Retention and international handling
Inquiry and related correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed for business communications, recordkeeping, dispute handling or applicable obligations, and then handled in accordance with the relevant systems and legal requirements. We operate worldwide, and service-provider processing or business communications may involve more than one jurisdiction.
Your questions and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other action concerning your personal information. Send requests to info@avermontpartners.com with enough detail for us to identify the correspondence. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally required or otherwise permitted.
Security and changes
We use established service providers and limit the information requested at initial contact, but no online transmission or storage is completely risk-free. We may revise this notice when our website or processing practices change. The latest version will appear on this page.
On-page tools and inquiry delivery
The readiness self-assessment and site search run in the visitor's browser. By contrast, the engagement inquiry form sends the fields you enter over HTTPS to Google Apps Script for validation and attempted delivery through Google Workspace. The form does not register a website account or request payment information.
External reference links
Some resource and service pages link to independent organizations such as NIST, ISO, Google and the International Chamber of Commerce. Opening their pages places the visitor under those sites' own technical and privacy practices. These references do not imply endorsement of Avermont Partners.
Sensitive information
Please do not send credentials, protected personal data, customer records or confidential commercial datasets in an unsolicited inquiry. If such information becomes necessary for a potential engagement, appropriate handling arrangements should be agreed in advance.
