to work better.
Begin with the challenge, not a polished solution. Share enough context for an informed first conversation.

For engagement inquiries, introductions and business correspondence:
info@avermontpartners.comWe operate worldwide. Specific engagement requirements are addressed according to the mandate and applicable local rules.
What is happening, why does it matter now, what have you tried and what would meaningful progress look like?
Start a conversation.
Describe the situation in your own words. We review inquiries to understand the need and whether a conversation would be useful.
Describe the constraint as you experience it.
You do not need to choose a service category correctly or arrive with a fully designed solution. A useful initial description includes what is happening, why the issue matters now, how it affects people or performance, and what has already been attempted.
If there are important deadlines, regulatory considerations, existing systems or market constraints, mention them at a high level. You can clarify sensitive details after an appropriate communication and confidentiality process has been agreed.
“We have expanded into several locations, but inquiry response and onboarding differ between teams. We want to understand whether the main issue is our process, CRM setup or management practice before committing to a larger rollout.”
This is illustrative wording, not an inquiry from a real client.
An inquiry begins a review of fit, not an automatic sales process.
We consider the situation, the apparent scope and whether a useful first discussion is appropriate. If the challenge warrants further work, that discussion can establish what information is needed for a diagnostic or proposal. No specific response time, acceptance of an engagement or outcome is promised by submitting an inquiry.
Information care: avoid sending passwords, personal records, confidential financial details, customer datasets or protected technical information in an initial unsolicited message. These can be handled through an appropriate agreed process if they become relevant later.
A thoughtful first conversation can save a great deal of wasted work.
We will start by understanding the problem and determining whether an engagement makes sense.
